Submission will be rigorously reviewed, and should clearly make the
case for a documented improvement over the existing state-of-the-arts. ACESS
welcomes all papers within the scope of civil engineering and smart structures,
covering a
wide range of subfields. All accepted and presented papers will be published in the
IOP Conference Series: Earth and Environmental Science, which will be submitted to be indexed by major citation
databases such as Scopus, Google Scholar, etc.
