ACESS 2023 is to bring together innovative academics and industrial experts in the fields of civil engineering and smart structures in a common forum. The primary goal of the conference is to promote research and developmental activities in civil engineering, smart structures and another goal is to promote scientific information interchange between researchers, developers, engineers, students, and practitioners working all around the world. The conference will be held every year to make it an ideal platform for people to share views and experiences in civil engineering and smart structures and related areas.

ACESS 2023 Proceedings
ACESS 2023 all accepted papers were published by Springer Book Series 'Lecture Notes in Civil Engineering (volume 474; ISSN: 2366-2557). The proceedings have also been successfully indexed in EI and Scopus, and other leading academic databases.
In Nov. 25-26, 2023, Prof. Kaoshan Dai (Sichuan University, China), Prof. TianQiao Liu (Beijing University of Technology, China), Prof. Junbao Wang (Xi’an University of Architecture and Technology, China), Prof. Haijun Zhou (Shenzhen University, China), Assoc. Prof. Lili Hu (Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China), Prof. Baoguo Han （Dalian University of Technology, China), Prof. Michele Barbato (University of California, Davis, United States), Prof. Jian-Guo Dai(Hong Kong Polytechnic University, China), Prof. Ping Xiang (Central South University, China), Prof. Song Feng (Fuzhou University, China) made the keynote speeches, respectively.
Oral Presentation
Each author delivers a 15-minute presentation. The organizing committee awards prizes to the best speakers and the best articles, selected by the Conference Chair.
