All full paper submissions will be blind reviewed by the Program Committee on the basis of technical quality, relevance to conference topics of interest, originality, significance, and presentation. Accepted papers will be arranged to publish in proceeding. Springer will conduct quality checks on the accepted papers and only papers that pass these checks will be published. Indexed by Ei Compendex, Scopus. All books published in the series are submitted for consideration in Web of Science.
